WHAT is Virtual Training and WHY Should you get Certified?
What is Virtual Training?
Our Belt Certification classes teach the principles and methods of Lean and Six Sigma to cut waste, reduce variability, eradicate errors, and improve customer satisfaction. The all-virtual format means we deliver these skills online, through individual coursework, live instruction, and collaborative project simulations. We've eliminated the expense and hassle of travel so you can become Belt Certified from anywhere you can access the internet.
Why Should I Get Certified?
We set the standard for LSS Certification with courses developed by process professionals and industry insiders. We focus on peer-to-peer sharing of what it really takes to harness the power of people, process, and technology to improve business operations. We set high expectations for our students, too. Our courses are rigorous, but that means you can feel confident that a Belt certificate from OpusWorks® represents real achievement in Process Excellence education.
