Part 1: Lean Six Sigma Methodologies at the Green Belt Level

This self-paced course covers Lean Six Sigma methodologies at the Green Belt level, plus requires students to participate in teams to complete a simulated Capstone Project, the objective of which is to solve a simulated real-world problem. This course includes:

Part 2: Simulated Capstone Project

Students supplement their self-paced learning (with the modules described above) by participating in small teams with other students to complete a simulated Capstone Project that can be done with in-person or virtual teams. The Capstone Project is a web-based simulated project of a real-world problem, in which students work in teams, facilitated by the customer organization, to gain training and practice in applying DMAIC principles to a fictitious Department of Motor Vehicles Process for New or Renewed Driver’s License.
