The Power of Process Improvement

In July, TQG celebrated the beginning of its 24th year of excellence in rapid, scalable Process Improvement training. Take advantage of blended e-Learning coursework that is tailored to your needs and delivered at your fingertips through the power of OpusWorks®, our SaaS learning and execution platform.

Southwest Airlines Joins the TQG Roster

TQG welcomes Southwest Airlines as one of our newest customers! Since the launch of their Lean Six Sigma program in July, SWA has conducted four waves of Yellow Belt training using our blended learning approach. In order to be prepared as team members for high profile projects, 2) Belt candidates completed prerequisite e-Learning through OpusWorks®, and then joined in a 1-day, hands-on TQG Instructor-led class at their SWA-University campus. You can feel the buzz at SWA, and we are thrilled to partner with them in the initial stages of their L/SS deployment.

NCATC Conference: TQG and Madison Area Technical College, Partnership for Success

TQG began partnering with Community Colleges and Higher Ed Institutions in 2004. Dennis Wessel, Director, School of Professional & Continuing Education, Madison Area Technical College, Wisconsin, recently spoke to attendees at the fall conference of the National Coalition for Advanced Technology Centers (NCATC). Dennis advocated that TQG Academic Partners leverage TQG’s outstanding, OpusWorks® enabled flexibility to craft integrated and customized Lean Six Sigma/Project Management/Leadership learning solutions that address specific client challenges. Being able to deliver Madison College solutions in a blended learning format is also a compelling differentiator for the college.

Thanks for Your Feedback!

We value the voice of our customers as our most important benchmark for success. Thanks to student input via surveys delivered by OpusWorks®, TQG now more clearly indicates when test questions have multiple answers. If an exam question has more than one correct answer, students will be prompted to “select all correct answers,” and the submit button will say “Submit Answers.” Our commitment to Continuous Improvement never ends, so we invite our students and administrators to keep the suggestions coming!
